iPhone 15 plus Order

Hello, 

I have ordered an iPhone 15 max in pink few days ago and still haven’t received any tracking but my trade in pack arrived and I need to send my phone back by 11/10. Could you let me know when the phone will be sent out? I won’t be able to return my phone without having my new phone with me.

Welcome to the community.

You don't have to send your old phone back until you receive your new one. 

If you haven't received it by 11 October, I would suggest speaking to our mobile care team on 150 and they can update the account for you.
