@silence824 yes you can you need to make sure roaming is enabled on your account, just text ROAMING to 150.

also text RO HONG KONG to 150 to see what add ons you might want to purchase so you can make call/text and any data you might want.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
