Ordered a new phone in an ee shop on Thursday and was told I couldn't have the one I was shown dur to the way contracts are designed but assured it would be delivered in the following 24 hours. When tracking my order it still hasn't been dispatched. A bit annoyed to say the least 🤬

I've checked our stock levels and the current estimate for that model is to 'expect dispatch within 7 days'.

As you would expect I'm not very happy at all as I was Guaranteed delivery the following day (Friday 22/9). I am now struggling to use my phone which is why I said I was happy with what I was told at the time, specifically I only needed to wait 24 hours. It was also said at the time I needed to be around to confirm delivery to the correct person, is a password but be sent as such I stayed in all day. Very poor customer service from EE

Can you advise who is the best person to contact please for either a realistic delivery date or to enable me to cancel the order and move to a different provider. I was advised it would be with me within 24 hours. Guaranteed according to the Sales assistant and that was a week ago. The tracking site says it will be dispatched within 24 hours, but it said that last Friday too. It's incredibly frustrating that EE can sell me something they obviously haven't got!!!
