I am receiving this message;

This is happening when I try to track my order, I have paid £100 for this upgrade, anyone have any idea why this is happening?

@Ferg1234  Have you received a tracking number?  Or are you trying to track with an ordered number?  You can not track an order if a device hasn’t yet been allocated to you and then you’ll get a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris, but tell me this, am I too late to cancel if I have changed my mind?
