iPhone 15 max

I order an iPhone 15 256 max from the store and was told 2-3 days, but the order still shows waiting for confirmation???
I was told it was in stock so not sure why it hasn’t been confirmed. I went into the store who weren’t helpful, just said keep checking, even when I pointed out that he had said 2-3 days he just shrugged his shoulders, getting very angry and you also EE messed my watch order up. As they list the order when their system crashed, so had to wait a month for stock!!!!

I did go back and talk to them, they just shrugged it off and said I will get a text when they have it. Strange as when I ordered it, they apparently checked to see if it was in stock? And said it was and I should have it within 3days.
As I said my order for the watch got messed up as your system crashed, I am not happy yet again I feel I’ve been lied to.
I am very tempted to go back to the store and cancel the phone and cancel my contract as it finishes in 2 weeks and move over to o2.
as it would seem been a loyal customer ( originally with orange) had no meaning to EE.

I am very sorry for the incorrect delivery timescales provided, iPhone 15 orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed, or if you ordered in store the store will call you when this is ready to be collected.
