I order an iPhone 15 256 max from the store and was told 2-3 days, but the order still shows  waiting for confirmation???

I was told it was in stock so not sure why it hasn’t been confirmed. I went into the store who weren’t helpful, just said keep checking, even when I pointed out that he had said 2-3 days he just shrugged his shoulders, getting very angry and you also EE messed my watch order up. As they list the order when their system crashed, so had to wait a month for stock!!!!

@Marktoombs1  A store order doesn’t mean you’ll jump the queue t get the device any sooner 

online orders give these time frames for that model type. 

Black 3 days

Blue more than 28 days 

Natural 7 days

White 21 days

You must be getting paid a lot 

Thanks, you have confirmed what I thought, again the EE store assistant lied again to me over my orders. Not sure why they couldn’t be honest and just say upto 28days. Which would’ve been fine. 
but again just lied and said it was in stock and 2-3days, 

same with my watch. I think i may just cancel and move  over to 02. I’ve only been with EE since they took over orange.

I'm really sorry to hear that you may have been given the incorrect delivery timescales. The current timescale on the website for the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Blue Titanium is to expect dispatch within 14 days.

If you would like to discuss your order further, I'd recommend popping back into the store in which you ordered.

I ordered an iphone 15 pro max 512 white and paid for delivery (next day). I was told by the sales operator that it was in stock and I would receive it the next day. Shock horror I'm still waiting and have no idea when I will receive it.

Well I guess commission on sales is more important than been honest with your customers
