hi, I ordered a new iPhone 15 promax around three or maybe four weeks ago. One for my daughter and one for myself. My daughters arrived a few days after ordering and mine was scheduled to be delivered on the 17th of October. On the day of the delivery the driver left without leaving the phone. My mother was home and had forgotten the code for the DPD delivery guy.
Since then my current phone condition has worsened, it now re-boots every two minutes. I can't stay on hold for the duration these typical calls take with the EE.
I have tried to track the phone online and all it says is that the phone is out for delivery. I have been EE personally near to where I live and they told me because I ordered online they are unable to help.
I am stuck, all I want it's for the phone to be redelivered and I can't contact anybody to help me.
Anyone here able to share a similar experience or perhaps Guide me as to how I can resolve this issue.

I am sorry to hear this has happened, how long ago did DPD attempt delivery?
