I placed my order for my upgrade to a IPhone 15 Pro Max on Saturday 18th Nov, very easy to do, the person I spoke to was very helpful. He told me for around £10 I could have the phone delivered the next day…perfect! It’s the only day I have off work, I don’t need to take time off! By midday I hadn’t received a text from EE or the courier to confirm my delivery slot, so I thought I’d give EE a call for an update, only to be told that the phone is actually out of stock. I wasn’t told this the day before when I placed the order. I asked the gentleman that if it was out of stock why was I charged for next day delivery for a product I would never receive the next day, he couldn’t give me an answer. He said he would give me a refund, and pass the issue onto his manager. Three days later, no refund, no phone, no updates, tracking still says awaiting confirmation.
Has anyone else had similar issues?

@gazrecorde36 What colour and storage size ? Because it’s between 3 and 14 days but this depends on what model you ordered.

It was the 256gb natural titanium I believe. Must be a common choice

The current estimate for that model is to expect dispatch within 3 days. You should hear from DPD soon.
