iPhone 14 pro max stock update

The EE website now says the iPhone 14 pro max are all in stock and should be dispatched within 1 day? Does this mean we will be getting our orders soon?

They talk **bleep**. Ordered on 31/10 told 14 days…still waiting. You don’t get a straight answer and told just to wait for a text from DPD which could come tomorrow or next year.

I honestly don't think even they know when we'll get our devices. I was also told 14 days, which they now tell me is more than 28 days.

They're just biding time. So many people have been lied to, all we want is a clear answer. I'm most likely going to have to cancel plans due to this nonsense.

I've also ordered the fibre broadband but I'm worried about the service they'll provide after this.

Has anyone else been recieving threat msgs for not sending back your old device?

I was told to ignore them as they're automated and I have 14 days to send it back when I get my new device.

Well I just received a msg that I'm going to be billed as I haven't sent it bk. Surely they could turn off the threats.

Maybe we should send threatening messages to them for being so disorganised and lying to customers who are paying £60/£70/£80/£90 a month for a device/service they’re not getting. Wouldn’t be half as bad if they gave a genuine time frame and not changed it every 2 minutes.

i have had the elusive DPD notification this morning!! it was via the app, not a text message. Now to wait and see when/if it will arrive

I got told from Apple yesterday that there’s a very good chance Ee won’t be getting pro maxs this year I was supposed To get mine today absolutely no update Infact got a message to say it’s on track lol Ee are Obsoletely lying to keep customers and taking money for a product they can’t supply how is this even legal

i ordered 14 pro max 128gb Deep purple on 12/10

i spoke to a lovely lady the other day who's team leader was getting weekly reports on incoming stock. She told me that W/C 28th Nov they were expecting 1K+ deep purple pro maxs.
