iPhone 14 pro max order

I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max on the 30th September and it's on a trade in, so I have to send my old phone back by 16th October but the new phone still isn't here yet. I had an email saying I'll be charged nearly £500 if I don't send the phone back in time but I don't have the new phone to replace it yet.

Welcome to the community.

You don't have to send your old phone back until you receive your new one. If you haven't received it by 16 October, I would suggest speaking to our mobile care team on 150.

Hi,

I would definitely speak to customer services if I were you. I’ve ordered the same phone as yourself in the purple. I ordered it on 17th September and still no delivery window is available. Looks like they’re struggling to get hold of them. Best of luck. 👍

I have got my new phone and it’s up and running want to send my old one back but no one wants to give me any information
