I recently did an early upgrade 7th December 2023, I have had an issue with delivery and EE have started a investigation on where the handset could be, lost/disappeared somewhere in the delivery chain, DPD have said basically the package was never delivered to the local depot for delivery. I am within my 14 days cooling off period, have I got the right to cancel my contract if I don't have any joy from EE/DPD over the next few days.
