Unable to purchase sim

Trying to checkout a new plan but I’m unable to? says date must be after date of birth? For the credit check part, but the dates I’m entering ARE after my dob, please help!

Upgrade tablet never arrived?

I was contacted by EE a while ago about upgrading my contract and was told I would be sent a tablet as part of the upgrade. It has been over a month now and I still haven’t received my tablet and can’t find any way to track it?
