phone deliver to store

Hi,

i made an order for store delivery, when i check ee tracking it says it was dispatched yesterday morning. i cannot track this any further and i was hoping it would be ready to pick up today but i have not heard anything. Is this normal?

Once DPD have delivered the device, the store will contact you to arrange collection once this is ready.

@ellrenee   You could always try calling the store to see if they have it.  Be prepared to wait as the sales staff could be busy so might not be able to answer the phone straight the way
