Credit check Issue

I have ordered Iphone 13 pro, but due to some issues the support team couldn't be able to complete my credit check. Hence, they cancelled my order. How long will be take to initiate refund to my account.

How can I check if the order is canceled or not? Because I didn't receive any mail regarding this. Just the supporting agent tells that, he's going to cancel the order. 

And, why the company can't do the credit check. Is there any extra permission needed from the bank?
