Online returns

Why does EE have the longest faffy returns process, been told today that it could take a month to sort a return out!  Not very good if you’re a long distance lorry driver and you old phone is broken! Come on EE get this dreadful process updated!

No tracking details for iPhone 14 pro max

I ordered on 16 September with an estimated deliver date 'within 21 days'. When I enter my order number it says no tracking details. My confirmation email also said that I have been charged £0 but I paid £50 on the 16th

Where's my order?

I ordered an additional phone on Wednesday. I have not received a confirmation email. I called 150 this morning and was told to wait for a text from dpd at around 11am. I still have not heard anything.
