Return a Handset

Hi,

I’m trying to return a handset within the 14 days. The step by step instructions via text message cease after I’ve been asked if the box is opened (tried three times), virtual chat sends me to the text message option again and live chat keep asking me to dial 150 where the whole process starts again. I just want to return a handset……any ideas how please? I’m at 2 hours of trying already this morning.

@shieldsy1980  Just call customer services to request this.   They’ll sort everything and get a returns package sent out to you.

Hi Chris,

I’ve tried, but when using the option of returning a handset I’m automatically sent the text message process to start again, there is no option to speak with anyone.
