Claim fitbit

I upgraded to a Pixel 6a about a month ago and want to claim the Fitbit watch but can't find my purchase details on the app. Can't find the email I received either unfortunately. Can you help.

@Shiggs13  You’ll not find any information the app as that’s  just your account not your purchase history.  
 Have you checked your bin folder in your emails ?    Do you still have the paperwork that you received when you got this device?   If you don’t you’ll have to call customer service about this.
