Upgrade payment taken but Web page not working

The EE website keeps crashing at vital points in my upgrade. It has now taken my payment but has crashed again with giving me a reference number or anything. The upfront payment has gone through but I don't know if the order has been placed as it says nothing on my account. Also tried to call EE and they are closed **bleep**!
