I received a message to say i can upgrade, went through the process but the tracking number wont work and its now saying i cant upgrade. The payment went to EE limited hatfield gb. Is this a scam or is genuine.

Who did the message come from? was there a number provided?

It says its ee upgrade, just not had any other messages, emails or paperwork to sign come through. Not sure if its just a delay or ive gone through a dodgy link.

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check this is legit.

I have been in touch with EE and it is a fraud scam as theres no orders on my accound and the order number isn't valid on there end.
