Hey there, I was due an upgrade, so did so though the EE website. At the final stage it just took me back to the EE homepage. No confirmation or order numbers. No confirmation email, but the upfront cost of the phone has left my account! Please help.

It sounds like it's gone through, since the money has been taken from your account. Has an email definitely not gone into your spam/junk folder?
