I upgraded my son's phone on 13/01/23. I received an order confirmation immediately but haven't had any other correspondence since. 

Should I have received some tracking information by now? The phone is going to to his address in Newcastle and I'm worried it may not get to him if I can't track it.

@leeobrien74  You get tracking information once a device is allocated.  What device is it ? What colour and storage size ?
