Contacting EE without a phone number

Not received sim card

I've ordered a sim card from ee. The order email said it will send me texts when it is dispatched. However, it's been a week and I didn't receive any parcel, texts or emails.

Order placed charges made no email

I followed my upgrade options today and settled in a plan and placed order. I have been charged to my account as choose one with upfront fee but no email confirmation or details of upgrade!

How do I contact support and find out where my order is?

I 'upgraded' a few days ago to new aitime & handset plans, was sent a confirmation email but it didn't include a confirmation number.I haven't received the handset yet, no idea if it's been sent yet.  How do I check the status please?
