HiUnfortunately my phone broke whilst abroad i do have insurance but im also eligable to upgrade. When i try to upgrade it keeps saying they will text or email me to keep me updated which I wont have access too!How do i get around this?

New phone

Ordered a new iPhone 13 a week and a half ago and still hasn’t been dispatched? What is going on? Got a confirmation email but nothing after that and when I try to track the order it says tracking unavailable at this time?
