Does anyone know if orders are delayed due to strikes? Ordered a SIM card over 3 weeks ago and haven’t received it. I ordered it over live chat and so haven’t got a tracking number or email to confirm - I’ve been trying to ask EE but haven’t got through to anyone

Hi @Anniebanks.

SIM cards are sent second class post, so are usually delivered in around five working days.

I'd recommend getting back in touch to order a new one if you've been waiting three weeks.

How can I get back in touch? I’ve been trying to live chat but can’t figure out how. I can’t really ring as I’m in south east Asia
