Delivery

I have not yet received a text messages regarding my order? I received an email saying m order is on its way look out for a text with delivery updates but still as of yet haven’t received a text.. I placed my order on the 12th December

Ordered an upgrade

Hi we’ve upgraded our phones on Monday, the ee rep said it would be delivered Tuesday / Wednesday. However it’s still not been delivered and we haven’t had a confirmation email or tracking. Is this right?
