No Order Confirmation

I recently upgraded my device and paid £50 upfront. My bank account has been charged but I have not received any email confirmation or order number.

I placed the order through the EE website after logging in to my account and selecting an upgrade which includes a £50 upfront fee. 

I still have not received any emails from EE...
