Upgrade payment taken but Web page not working

The EE website keeps crashing at vital points in my upgrade. It has now taken my payment but has crashed again with giving me a reference number or anything. The upfront payment has gone through but I don't know if the order has been placed as it say...

Upgrade issues

I am trying to upgrade online and it won’t let me it comes up with a message sorry the link isn’t working and I can’t contact anyone in any other way as the phone line cuts me off.

Upgrade

I have put in request for upgrade. Gives me my order number. Try to see when phone is coming. All I get is sorry no information at this time. Everywhere I try on the ee app it's a dead end. Not a happy bunny.
