Yesterday I took a plan with a phone and I made the payment of the premium but I don't get anything from when it comes and I already wrote to the customer service and they tell me that I don't get reflected nada

@Ellean  If you pass the credit check than as soon as a device is allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number. 

Not sure what you mean by
