Can you tell when when my new phone would be delivered please 

Delivery

Hi , waiting for the email/text from ee or dpd to confirm delivery time as my upgraded phone is ment to be delivered today (14/11/22), but haven't received anything yet 

Mobile Wi-Fi

I have put a SIM card in my HUAWEI mobile wifi but it says I need a pass code which will come as a text but of course my unit does not have a screen. Has anyone got any ideas.

DPD returned my phone without attempting delivery

UPGRADE ISSUES

I did an upgrade, got the email, said 1 day delivery. I’ve had no text from dpd yet! Go on my account and it’s saying I can upgrade!!!!! The upgrade I have already done!!!!!!!!! And Ofc, there’s no online chat to talk to a real person!
