hi I upgraded to new phone was expecting to get it in 1 day but its now 5th day and there is no text or email updates with the whereabouts. device is- Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB Green.

You can upgrade by logging in to your My EE account, giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store
