I ordered the Samsung S23 over a week ago

I ordered an upgrade to the Samsong S23 over a week ago and apart from the email and text confirmation I have had no further information as to the delivery of my phone but EE have started to bill me for the New Phone and contract can someone let me know when I will get my phone and why I am paying for something I don't have

Yes it just says "we can't give details of the order wait until we text or

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have deliveries scheduled for your address? 

You can check for deliveries using the email address used when ordering and the delivery postcode.

Order number comes up with a message saying "they can't offer any info on
this order"

Is this message showing in the DPD app? 

If so, can you use the email instead of the order number as this won't work in the DPD app, do you get the same message?

Thanks for that, it worked and according to DPD the phone was delivered to
my local EE store on the 14th of this month, I was supposed to get an email
or text when it was delivered, I never received any communication regarding
this, therefore, I am going to phone them when they open at 10am
