Upgrade

I put in for an upgrade last Thursday and was advised that due to the system being down they would fill in some sort of form and send off for it that way. I was told id receive an email Monday (yesterday) with an update and havent received anything ? Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this kind of problem and how long i will have to wait.

If the phone was in stock, you should have received a confirmation by now. It may be worth calling 150 to check the order.
