Upgrade issues

I am trying to upgrade online and it won’t let me it comes up with a message sorry the link isn’t working and I can’t contact anyone in any other way as the phone line cuts me off.

Upgrade

I have put in request for upgrade. Gives me my order number. Try to see when phone is coming. All I get is sorry no information at this time. Everywhere I try on the ee app it's a dead end. Not a happy bunny.

New order

I placed my order online Friday night, and spent 40minutes on phone Saturday morning to confirm it. Whilst on the phone with Adam from Hull he confirmed that my order had a confirmed delivery date for Monday 28th. Waited all day and no phone iPhone 1...
