Am still waiting for sim only plan monthly to be delivered 😕 still nothing received from Dpd

@Nawafkb  SIM cards are sent out second-class Royal mail when did you order this ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Friday early morning....
By today it's 2 working days...

Unfortunately am not uk right now and the call will be expensive to wait....

Unfortunately also that they don't have an email to contact them....

Today is the 8th day since the order have been confirmed...

As it hasn't been delivered in the the estimated timeframe, there may have been an issue with your order or delivery address.

I have the same problem and I went to the store and they told me once u made the order online u have to wait, I called and the same was replied as it will come via DPD 2nd class royal within 5 working days and I didn't receive anything yet while I placed my order on the 8th of September....

Really disappointed....
