Hi, I was told to phone back to discuss my order but I have tried phoning multiple times and been on hold for a hour at a time

Hi I placed an order and had an email saying “thanks please call us to discuss your order”

the upfront payment has been taken 

I have been on hold for 2 and half hours…still no answer….

i don’t want to keep sitting and waiting if it’s just to tell me my order has been declined

Same here! Have you had a luck at getting through yet? If you have what was the call about don’t fancy sitting on hold for another 2 hours to be told it’s declined 🙄
