I placed an order yesterday for the apple pencil 2 I was charged and confirmation email sent. However I've had a refund to my account for this today can anyone advise why this would have happened  thank you

Charged

I have completed an early upgrade and paid £142, this has been taken from my account and another £142 has been held in my account. Should I contact EE to get this cancelled or just wait for it to bounce back
