Contract phone

I made a order for a contract phone as it took the payment out my bank the website froze and not been sent any email of any kind

I would suggest you speak to customer service, they can take a look for you, we cannot do this here, as there is no account access, this is a public forum.

Have you also checked your junk folder?

If EE have taken a payment from your bank account, it seems that the order has been accepted and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD the evening the day before despatch and another one on the day with a one hour window.
