Upgrade phone not arrived yet

Ordered a phone over a week ago and I've not even had a dispatch email. I just had the generic ' thanks for your order' immediately after. Is there a back log? Or is it going to take up to 14 days? I've since had an email saying my current phone is out of warranty since upgraded. Cheers for that, not helpful.

I'm seeing some people waiting weeks and weeks for their order.

@shells2074 , please do not put any personal details, including order number in the forum, this is a public forum, and as per rules must not be entered here.

You have not said what you have ordered, colour or storage size.

You will however received notification from DPD the evening the day before dispatch and another one on the day of dispatch with a one hour window.
