Resolved! Can't place order

Hi, im trying to take out an iPad, I've created an account but any time I pick a device it tells me to either link an ee mobile, broadband account or join community. Does posting this allow me to continue with my order or am I missing something ?

Delivery

Ordered an upgrade on Thursday and paid for next day delivery.  It went to an old address. It has been sent back and then resent out to me, but I don't have a confirmation email or tracking number to check delivery status.

Requested a package to return produt

I phoned up over a week ago to cancel a contract, which I did successfully. I was told I would get a package in the post to return the product, but I haven't received it yet.

Upgrade cost

I ordered an upgrade from you this afternoon and was quoted a new price of £68 per month. However, reading your confirmation email, the figure is £90 per month. Why is this?
