I have paid £30 for a new phone gonecthrough bank but says errpr on site

I applied for a new phone, paying £30. It has gone through my bank, but says error on ee site. I have not received any emails or confirmation.

@Dee7424-0804  You’ll have to call customer services about this.   But check your spam folder in case anything ended up there.
