Hi, I have tried to purchase a pay as you go sim. I have vodafone and want to change the provider to EE. I made the purchase online but didn't got any confirmation mail and my transactions' status is pending. Why is this happening?

iPhone 16 pro max order

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max (Desert Titanium) on 8.10.24, it then didn’t arrive, so EE cancelled my order on 25.10.24 and re ordered the phone. I know there was no stock, but is there an estimated date of when it will be dispatched? Thanks
