I can’t change my delivery address. I’ve checked all the menus both on the computer and on my phone. The address on my mobile contract is correct – both the billing and home address. I even went to an EE store in person and updated my details there. However, the address shown on the contract is still the old one, and it can’t be changed. Because of this, I missed a delivery as it was sent to my previous address, and I wasn’t able to update it.

You mentioned that the address on your mobile contract is correct, for both the billing and home address.
Which address is showing incorrectly? What kind of delivery was it that you missed? Was it a replacement device or a new order for something?
