Where can I find my past orders on my EE account? I'm trying to claim an offer but the delivery note isn't accepted. I don't seem to have a confirmation email so I'm stuck.

Previous orders won't show in the EE app, but if you need proofs for claiming an offer this is something our team can send over via email. 

Just give us a call and request a proof of purchase, and they'll be able to help you get this sorted.
