Hello. I’m new to EE. I placed an order and it all went through fine. I got an email shortly after with the subject heading “Your EE Order: Call us to discuss”. The body of the email says “Thank you for your order - we’re working on it. If we need any more information, we will contact you via SMS”. The information is conflicting. Do I call them or do I wait for an SMS for more info? Thank you.

@DJS641970 it’s better to call to find out that you don’t need to call than find out you should have called but didn’t. Give them a call.
