Any help appreciated. 
I ordered iPhone pro max 258 in silver on 7/10/25. I am currently without a phone as old one completely smashed & unusable. Ready for cancelling this & going with another provider. I have been with Ee many many years but totally misled about time frames. On ordering I was told within 2 weeks. 

Posting this from old iPad. I have downloaded DPD however I am unable to activate as codes are sent to my phone, that’s fine if you have one that works! I cannot go any longer without a phone.
Has anyone actually received their phone. Never experienced such a poor service from Ee.

@Lesley018 , there is a backlog of IPhones and they are delivered on a first come first serve basis, this will not matter where you go, as all networks are having the same problem. This is down to Apple not providing enough of these phones, they are very popular and this happens every year.

You will get notification from DPD so long as you have put the same information as EE have, it does not matter whether it is via the IPad or Phone, the code will still come via the DPD app.

It is not EE’s fault that there is a delay, but it is down to Apple and the popularity of the phones, this happens every year, you need to expect delivery within 28 days of your order, but depending on how many ordered before you, you may receive it sooner.
