Hello, I ordered iphone 13 pro about 20 days ago. On May 20th I saw a photo of the phone being delivered to me by dpd and a delivery photo on the dpd tracking number. But the interesting part of the job is that the house shown to be delivered is not my house, they took a photo of my neighbor's house. When I asked my neighbors they said they didn't pick up the phone either. I have been dealing with this issue for about 10 days. At the moment, the phone has not been delivered to us and ee customer service about this issue said that someone from dpd will contact you until Friday next week. Has anything like this happened to you before? Could you give me some information about my legal rights as the phone was not handed over to me after all?
