Morning all,
I have accepted upgrade option on 24.5.22
I had a call yesterday asking about my recent upgrade option. They apparently, looked on the system and stated that it will be delivered today. I haven't received any text update regarding delivery or prospective delivery date/time slot???

If you download the DPD app and register your details, does it show any scheduled deliveries from EE?

I have tried that but nothing to display on their site in terms of correspondence etc?

Hi @Suthers84.
If nothing shows on the DPD app when entering your delivery details I would recommend giving us a call and asking our customer care team for your unique DPD tracking number.
