Just ordered a new phone and the upfront cost has been taken out of my account. Ive had no order confirmation come through my email and my account is still saying it's deactivated from my last contract... Any advice as to what is happening??

When your order is due to be delivered then your receive an email and text from DPD.
Check your spam and junk email for emails.
If you need more specific information then you'll need to call EE CS on 150.
