Xbox order location

Hi,  Have ordered an Xbox and unable to locate within my account.  Have Order number but keep getting an 'oops' message.  Also the order is linked to latest purchase which was watch and not to a physical mobile.  Have tried Customer Services to no avail and unsure how to track the status.  Does anyone have any ideas?

When did you order your Xbox?

HI Katie,  On Friday 19th July.  All we have is an order number and have looked in every single folder that says Orders.  Tried customer services and got cut off twice.  Just concerned that the purchase is linked to a number for a watch which does not seem to have notification capabilities.

Did you order your Xbox on add to plan, or purchase it outright via the EE store?

HI James,  Believe add to plan as confirmation says 'additional monthly cost to paired watch plan'.  Have looked under the watch number, nothing. Why is it so difficult to track and trace?

hi james,  being sorted as we speak.  as we did not receive notification the purchase was sent back to EE.  They are now sorting so that notifications sent to physical mobile and not a watch 🙂
