Xbox Series X Bundle - no game pass, no £140 voucher

Hello,

I ordered the Xbox series X bundle with a 24 month game pass ultimate, and a £140 GameCard voucher.

Neither of these arrived in the box, I have had no email, or no text messages relating to accessing my voucher codes. There is no instructions anywhere on the EE website telling you how to redeem these.

After being on the phone for 50 minutes to customer service, they still couldn’t resolve the issue and I was given an email address to contact, which my email does not deliver to as it looks to be an internal EE email only.

I’m tempted to return the Xbox even though it’s out of its packaging, as my last hope was that it was pre-installed on the console, obviously not.

Anyone help me with this issue?

I have the same issue, I ordered the Xbox series X bundle with a 24 month game pass ultimate, and a £140 GameCard voucher.

There is no instructions anywhere on the EE website telling you how to redeem these, followed the instructions on XBOX website & nothing, very, very unhappy. I recieved the console today.

 

Tuesday morning, (25/06), this information should be told to us on an email upon purchase of the console, why are we left to come on here to ask about our vouchers, no proper process in place? It’s shocking from EE. 

Yep, 0 help or instructions anywhere, customer service don’t even have a clue! On the phone with them for nearly an hour, just got palmed off. Joke.

I ordered the xbox series x bundle with £140 ee game card yesterday morning, but I haven't received the confirmation email.

I paid £10 up front.

I also did a separate order for a switch, which the £20 upfront payment is showing on my account, and I also got the confirmation and tracking number for.

EE CS didn't really say anything other than "you'll get an email soon"

Hey, I got the same bundle a few weeks ago, I have just being chatting with ee online and they told me to text XBOX to 150 and follow the instructions, this has worked for the games pass. No clue on the game card. 😞 

Hi. I’ve tried that everyday the past 4 days, page says ‘technical error try again later’. There’s no hope of getting these codes is there😂

Hi all

You should receive a text message to claim the gamecard within a few days of receiving the device. If you haven't received this, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can raise a webform to the relevant team to send one manually.

Did you get this resolved? I just got my Xbox on Monday. Got the game card but no 24 month game pass.
