I mixed up my billing address and delivery address when making an order, and was called to do a credit check, the CS said I have to change my billing address via bank which is not possible, but she refused to give me alternatives.
Then I called and another person made an order on phone for me but I was called several times to do credit check and failed again, I even went to one of the EE branches directly and the sales there even told me I have to join other network provider.
At the end I joined another network provider and they suddenly sent me a new sim card, I chose to terminate the service as I have already joined another network provider, I contacted the sales representative through live chat and they told me there would be no problem of joining back EE.
Few weeks later I wanted to join EE and tried to place an order online, but it just couldn't work, and the screen just went like this.
This is so frustrating and I don't know what to do.

I think the best thing to do in your situation is speak with our Sales team directly. They'll be able to check any orders and give you advice going forward.
